Since 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) has reported a 50% increase in anxiety and depression. This is an indicator that a large portion of our population is living with a dysregulated nervous system. Nervous system dysregulation affects our creativity, productivity, focus and the ability to show up as our best, most authentic selves.
