Our Mission and Values

We're so glad you're here.

The Embodied Liberation Collective was born from our shared belief that healing is not meant to happen in isolation. While books, courses, therapy, and individual practices all have their place, we believe there is something profoundly healing about learning, reflecting, and growing in community.

We created this space for those who long for deeper connection with themselves, with others, and with the values they hope to embody in the world. Together, we'll explore healing not simply as something we think about, but as something we practice through our bodies, our relationships, our communities, and our daily lives.

Whether you are here to deepen your self-awareness, reconnect with your body, cultivate rest, engage in meaningful conversations, or simply find a community that gets it, we hope you'll feel at home here.

Why We Created This Community

We both found ourselves longing for a space that honored the connection between personal healing and collective liberation.

Too often, healing spaces ask us to focus only on ourselves while ignoring the systems that shape our lives. Other spaces focus exclusively on changing the world without making room for the inner work required to sustain that change. We believe both matter.

We wanted to create a community where curiosity, authenticity and where learning is valued.

This community is an invitation to slow down, ask deeper questions, reconnect with your body, challenge inherited beliefs, build meaningful relationships, and remember that healing was never meant to be a solitary journey.

Our Mission

To cultivate a compassionate, embodied community where personal healing and collective liberation grow together through education, reflection, embodied practice, meaningful connection, and collective care.

Our Values

Embodiment
We believe healing is lived, practiced, and experienced, not simply understood intellectually.

Curiosity
We approach ourselves, one another, and the world with openness rather than certainty.

Authenticity
We value showing up as our full selves over striving for perfection or performance.

Collective Care
Healing happens in relationship. We believe we are strengthened when we support one another.

Intersectionality
We recognize that our identities and lived experiences shape how we move through the world, and we honor the complexity and diversity within our community.

Rest & Sustainability
We reject hustle as the measure of worth. Rest, boundaries, and care are essential parts of healing.

We're grateful you've chosen to be here.

Meet Your Community Guides

Shenikka Moore-Clarke, LICSW

Hi, I'm Shenikka

I'm a holistic licensed therapist, mother of a spicy 8 year old, wife and human. My work integrates trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-based, and integrative approaches. My belief is that healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Over the past five years of navigating my own chronic illness journey, I've immersed myself in somatic, holistic and alternative healing practices that have transformed my own healing. This community is an opportunity to share both my clinical experience and the wisdom I've gained through my own journey, in hopes that it supports yours as well.

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and embody lives that feel more authentic, aligned, and liberated.

Amrit-Sadhana Boyd

Hi, My name is Amrit-Sadhana, but you can call me Amrit. I am a certified trauma informed nervous system coach, herbalist and activist. I work through a liberation-based lens. I recognize that the systems we live within have a profound impact on our nervous systems and that, depending on the intersections we hold, those systems shape how we are harmed by—or benefit from—them. I truly believe that we have the answers within ourselves, we just need to re-remember and be guided back home.

I am a complex trauma survivor living with CPTSD. I have overcome a great deal, but what has helped transform my healing is having more experiences where my nervous system feels safe and cultivating a deeper relationship with myself. Along the way, I leaned on every tool and practice I encountered through my own training and healing journey. I've always dreamed of sharing what I've learned in a way that is accessible, practical, and rooted in liberation. From that dream, Shenikka and I birthed this community.

I have a deep desire to show people a different path to healing—one that honors your unique journey, doesn't bypass your pain, and invites you to stay rooted in your truth. A path that opens your heart to new possibilities while guiding you toward liberation, alignment, and your most authentic self. My hope is that, with every step you take, you move closer to the person you have always been beneath the conditioning, survival, and stories that told you otherwise.
